Job Position : Customer Sales Specialist / Territory Executive

Walk-In Location : Panipat, NCR

Job Location : Chandigarh / Panchkula / Mohali / Ludhiana / Amritsar / Jalandhar

Qualification : Graduate/MBA

CTC :
- 1.8L P.A (On the successfully completion of daily/ weekly & Monthly tasks/ Targets - PF, Medical Benefits, Incentives, Bike Scheme, Foreign Trips for achievers, consistent career Growth, and Many More)

Job Description:
- The candidate should have interest in direct sales of Electronic Security Systems like CCTV, Video Door phone, Intrusion and Fire Alarm system, Home Automation, Access Control, etc.
- To attend field meetings with customers punctually and regularly.
- Responsible for selling Electronic Security Systems to individual homes/houses, and small time business units.
- Must file DAR (Daily Activity Report) on daily basis with complete details of customer (Name, Ph number, address, etc).
- Must meet 40 to 50 new customers daily so as to have 4 to 5 appointments and demos on same day.
- Responsible for acquiring business and achieving sales target.
- Establishing and maintaining current and potential customer relationships.
- Giving demonstration to the customer on products. The executive should understand technicality of the products before meeting customers.
- Responsible for collection of payments and outstanding from customers.
- Ensuring the delivery of products to the customers with an acknowledgment from the customer.
- Ensure adherence to defined sales process, code of conduct and rules of the company.
- Should be able to convert solid leads given by company.
- Submission of daily sales report.
- Should show quality of future leader, and develop managerial skills using available resources.
