Career Level Entry, 0-2 years of experience Education Bachelor's Degree Category Information Technology General Purpose of Job: The Telecom Expense Management team is looking for highly motivated and energetic people to join our group. Our team is responsible for managing of telecom inventory, invoices, auditing and reporting for various Flextronics sites located in many different countries. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Periodic telecom expense & inventory audit and reconciliation - Report generation using various platforms like EMS, MS Excel, SQL & SAP Business Objects - Global TEMS roll out activities - Respond to end users on any inventory, spend or usage related queries - Provide all necessary support to telecom service owners and AP team - Any other tasks that may be assigned http://www.ChetanaS.org Candidate Profile - Strong analytical and problem solving skills - Good working knowledge in excel - Good communication skills – Written & Oral - Well organized & attention for detail - Ability to manage multiple tasks - Good interpersonal skills - Ability work under pressure and deliver on agreed upon deadlines Desired Experience - Candidates with prior experience in any/all of the below would be advantageous however this would not be a mandatory criteria for selection. - Experience in Telecom Expense Management – Inventory Management/Auditing - Experience in a professional environment with Data Analysis/Reporting - Knowledge in SQL Queries and advanced Excel skills - Knowledge of Telecommunication technologies http://www.ChetanaS.org ..................................................
