The support involves managing and coordinating training delivery activities with the delegates and vendors via Phone, Email and Chat. Service Desk Executives / Language Experts are responsible for managing and coordinating training delivery activities providing support to NIIT,s customers using Learning Management Systems for their training requirements.
Job Description
Fresher – -B.E./B Tech/BCA/MCA cannot apply -Hiring for blended process, excellent communication skills required Role & Responsibility:- -Assist the customers with the Training Administration issue/query via Phone, E-mail & Chat -Provide the customer with resolutions / Training scheduling options -Gather additional information about reported issue -Perform detailed case analysis and document the case in the system and generate ticket -Generate daily / weekly reports for the customer on Microsoft Excel
