Job Details : • Experience : 5 to 8 years • Location : Bangalore, Karnataka • Functional area : IT Software - System Programming • Role : Team/Technical Lead • Keywords : JAVA, J2EE, GWT • Online Assessment : No • Job type : Permanent http://www.ChetanaS.org Job Description : • 5+ years of experience in Java based web application development • Extensive working knowledge of at least one of the following: • J2EE and RESTful web services • Google Web Toolkit (GWT) • Expert-level debugging skills • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, including the ability to represent Red Hat in public or customer-facing forums • Execute on complex software development projects independently with limited guidance from architects • A creative, nimble thinker who will contribute heavily to the software architecture • Experience working with a worldwide distributed software development team • At minimum, a BE or BTech in Computer Science or IT Job Responsibilities : • Exposure to JUnit, maven, continuous integration and agile development practices is desirable • Linux- or UNIX-based software development experience will be a plus • Experience with Agile development processes, Scrum in particular • Experience with and contributions to open-source communities • Experience in Python programming • Test-driven development • Prior experience in developing Storage Management Software • Creating or developing an open-source community http://www.ChetanaS.org ..................................................
