The person will be a core member of the education and child development unit. Required Qualification & Experience: ·        Master's degree in social policy and/or Science and/or Gender and Development and/or social exclusion. ·        10-12 years total experience where minimum 5 years experience as Gender Specialist, minimum 3 years experience in teaching, minimum 1 year experience in child's rights and protection and minimum 1 year experience in capacity building and working in community on gender and social exclusion.
