Should understand concepts of Rich Internet Applications & have at least 6 months of hands-on implementation experience using technologies mentioned within "Core Skills" Should understand concepts of 1. OO fundamentals (Abstraction, Encapsulation, Polymorphism, Aggregation, Composition) and various relationships between classes 2. Object Relational Mapping & how it is realized using JPA frameworks 3. Batch, Online & Offline processing (& how to select among them) and where to use / not use Java 4. Understanding of how to use JMS for asynchronous integration between modules 5.
