View company name and apply directly at: http://bit.ly/q3myk6 Job Description: - Project setup -- collect required documents (SOW, PO, project plan, initiation forms, etc) from the account teams and coordinate project number creation - Accounts Payable liaison -- receive, validate, and code vendor invoices, obtain necessary approvals, assist Business Mgr with monthly accruals, serve as vendor point of contact, assist in setting up new vendors - Assist in the monthly revenue recognition process - Support the financial planning and forecasting processes, make business process improvement recommendations, assess financial conditions and performance, and monitor key business drivers and operations metrics - Lead various client reporting exercises - Produce dashboard report for VP of Finance - Provide occasional support to HR Director (vacation accruals, changes to employee data, etc) - Reconcile monthly FedEx statements, corporate credit card statements, petty cash - Assist with annual budget activities - Maintain list of current project numbers - Point of contact for questions regarding expense reports - Provide ad-hoc and reporting support as needed - Able to work independently and as part of a team - Comfortable working with managers and executives across all levels of the organization - Ideal candidate would be detailed, organized, personable, motivated, and possess strong communication and analytical skills - Able to thrive in an environment where work is performed at a fast pace and in a steady state of change - 4+ years of finance experience - Traditional and/or Digital advertising experience a plus - Strong Excel knowledge - Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Mathematics preferred - Reports to Finance Manager" Go see this job post » Don't want to get activity notifications: Change your following people settings » Learn more about following people's activity LinkedIn values your privacy.
