Other responsibilities include: Partner with all team members in US/EMEA/Asia-Pac to provide support for ongoing initiatives. Develop knowledge of compliance structure, company policies, procedures and best practices, and regulatory requirements in all jurisdictions. Work directly with staff to gain understanding of project deliverables and effectuate both detailed and high level project plans. Work with staff in the explanation of project plans and the prioritization of work within the Compliance Department. Responsible for the periodic presentation of all department-wide projects to senior management, including explaining high level deliverables and status updates. Reports to the Deputy Chief Compliance Officer/MD Global Compliance and Investigations. Qualifications 10-15 years of demonstrated project management skills Experience in presenting management reports Must have experience working with a global staff Experience in managing competing demands for resources/support, and must be able to effectively prioritize work. Must work with little direct daily supervision; self-starter Strong analytic, written and verbal communication skills required Experience working in a control function (compliance, legal, audit) preferred. Project management certification a plus. Bachelors Degree required ; advance degree (JD, MBA) preferred.
